Sitting on the Pecos River, this farmhouse was torn down while retaining certain exterior materials and keeping the integrity of the original house. This new farmhouse was designed to maximize the space for a family of 4. The inspiration for this remodel was to contemporize and not to overbuild. Keeping the finishes neutral, a fresh open space was delivered complete with a double staircase. The spiral staircase leads up to a copula with 360-degree views. The copula was the “must have” for this client.
